  • Romana Offices

    Location: Bucharest, Romania

    Description of Work

    Romana Offices provides up to 2,460 sqm lettable high quality office space on ground and five upper floors. Two floors of underground parking provide 34 spaces. The building was designed to a high specification to provide a high standard of office accommodation in the heart of the city. 

    Ensight Solutions assisted the developper in their taking over the building with only the structure complete and optimise the original design in architectural, mechanical and electrical aspects. With a combination of value engineering and design optimisation, the overall specification was improved in all aspects for a price within the original budget.

    Ensight Solutions continued the role until completion, overseeing final commissioning and handover of the MEP systems. The project was completed in August 2011.


  • Lakeview

    Location: Bucharest, Romania
    Client : DPGS
    Type : Office building

    Description of Work

    An office development of 23,750 sqm net lettable and four underground parking levels providing 465 car spaces, Lakeview was one of the most advanced buildings in Bucharest at the time, with a high profile within the local market. It achieved a BREEAM Very Good for design.

    It was developed as a joint venture between DPGS and AIG with AIG taking the active development role. The Ensight team acted on behalf of the joint venture partners, overseeing project execution, tenant coordination, handover and commissioning.

    Key tenants include PWC and RBS, who were all managed for a smooth integration to the building.


  • Kartlstad Portofolio

    Location: Karlstad, Sweden
    Client: DPGS
    Type: Office buildings

    Description of Work

    Karlstad is situated in central Sweden approximately 300 km west of Stockholm. The Karlstad portfolio is made up of a number of office buildings situated in prominent positions around the centre of Karlstad, consisting of in total approximately 74,000 sqm.

    Ensight Solutions provided technical support for a number of extensions and improvements to enhance the buildings and thus the value of the portfolio. The portfolio has since been sold at a significant return to the initial value when DPGS took the portfolio over.


  • Main Airport Centre

    Location: Frankfurt, Germany
    Client: DPGS
    Type: Office building

    Description of Work

    The Main Airport Centre (MAC) is a well known Frankfurt landmark close to the airport. This substantial A-class office building, providing 73,131 sqm of lettable office space, was developed by the world renowned developer Tishman Speyer.

    As part of the letting strategy, tenants were provided with fully fitted space bespoke to their requirements. Ensight Solutions provided a full review of the specification looking for items for value engineering and also re-tendering to other contractors for the fit out. In parallel, other services such as project management, architectural design and MEP design were also tendered in order to make the fit out more cost effective all round.


  • Cubic Center

    Location: Bucharest, Romania
    Client: DPGS
    Type: Office building

    Description of Work

    Located in Pipera District to the North of Bucharest, Cubic was acquired by DPGS during the construction phase as a joint venture with the developer. It is a modern office building finalized in 2010 that comprises twelve floors above ground with three levels of underground parking and provides 27,586 sqm of office space.

    Ensight Solutions provided project monitoring and due diligence during construction on behalf of DPGS in this joint venture. This involved reviewing specifications, design, monitoring execution, supervision during handover as well as coordinating with tenants during their fit out.
